Jennifer Molina-Vrolijk, a Venezuelan citizen, joined the Organization of American States (OAS) in 2008 and currently serves in the Department of the Summits of the Americas.

She is responsible for developing and implementing project proposals and initiatives aimed at strengthening the participation of civil society and social actors in the Summits Process, as well as overseeing all financial aspects of the Summits Secretariat. She also works closely with donors to ensure the proper execution of approved projects, grants, and international cooperation agreements.

Ms. Molina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

She has been a member of the OAS FCU Membership and Community Relations Committee since 2017.
